1.  Fill out the “Booking Form” on the waiting list page and submit.
2. Allow us 24 hours to check to see if your apartment building, condominium, or senior community/residence is already on our list and when we are scheduled to be there.
3. If your building is not on our list, within 24 hours, we will respond to you and do everything we can to accommodate your request.
4. After booking, you will receive a reminder text or phone call.

Depending on the number of services and your pet's comfort, the duration of the visit may vary. A typical nail trim takes 10-15 minutes. Please allow a 1-hour window for our arrival, keeping in mind we need to cater to the individual needs of each fur-baby.

No, we offer our nail trim service to rabbits, cats and guinea pigs as well.

In most cases, nails should be trimmed every 4-6 weeks to prevent walking discomfort, ingrown nails, infections, nail tears, and other issues that can result in expensive vet bills. 

The safety of all pets is our top priority. We do have muzzles and different techniques which allow us to service anxious and aggressive pets.  Regularly scheduled services can help your pet become more comfortable.

In the rare case we are unable to trim your pet’s nails, we do NOT charge.

Credit and Debit cards are also accepted for a $3.00 service charge.
